I'm an experienced IT manager with a natural dislike of inefficiencies and friction, always keen to improve, solve problems and add grease to stuck gears. Never afraid to learn something new and improve/update outdated technology/processes and structures while keeping time and budget on top of my mind.
As well I've proven to be a good leader with a good mix of experience, technical expertise, social skills and humour, which helps me to build strong teams that walk the extra mile.
With over 4 years of work experience in IT operations and support, I am passionate about enhancing information security, employee experience, and compliance for digital logistics companies. As an IT Technician II at sennder, I leverage my skills and knowledge in cyber security, data privacy, project management, and Google Workspace to implement innovative solutions and streamline IT processes. I am motivated by sennder's mission to transform the road freight industry with technology and sustainability, and I enjoy working in a diverse and collaborative team that values learning and growth.
In my current role, I am responsible for implementing an IAM solution to protect the company's assets and identity using the latest phishing-resistant methods. I am also working on NIST CSF to enhance the security of IT operations by streamlining identity governance, entitlement management, and security policy. Previously, I successfully led an MDM project to improve the support and compliance for over 1000 devices across Europe, and automated the onboarding and offboarding process for employees. I utilize my technical skills in Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Intune, and Technical Support to deliver effective and efficient IT services.
